Program Description Sheridan’s General Arts and Science – University Profile is designed to build your academic and critical thinking skills. Pathways to success This program prepares you for university and the workplace. You'll take a range of courses in the humanities and social and behavioural sciences, and develop analytical skills that will help you succeed in your future studies at university. Academic advisers will help you transition to college life, and will work with you to plan for your future academic Arts and Science career at university. Things you'll do and learn Develop written, critical thinking and interpersonal skills. Experience a multidisciplinary curriculum based on the disciplines of psychology, philosophy, sociology, English and a wide range of electives. Study with exceptional faculty. Transfer opportunities Students who complete the two-year University Profile program can take advantage of Sheridan’s transfer agreements with the following universities: University of Toronto Mississauga (ON), Athabasca University (AB), Bishop’s University (QC), Canisius College (NY), Daeman College (NY), D’Youville College (NY), Thompson Rivers University (BC). Additional information Stay for ONE YEAR and earn a certificate and possible credits for university transfer. Stay for TWO YEARS and earn a diploma and credits for university transfer.
